For you, Cash Insights is an updated version of the previous “Cash Flow” module on the benchmarking platform. We're now extending access to this tool to non-funding companies as well.
What is new?
You can now see all categorized bank transactions from all your bank accounts and can download them.
How does it help you?
You'll get even more clarity across all your bank accounts, a clear picture of potential cash gaps, and real-time insights – all on autopilot. This helps you save hours spent on manual reporting and lengthy spreadsheets.
2. New benchmarks: customer concentration and financial leverage
What’s new?
- With customer concentration and financial leverage, we added two new graphics to the industry benchmarks page within the benchmarking section.
- You also find a badge of the benchmark on the specific metrics page.
How does it help you?
- You’ll get a deeper understanding of how your re:cap rating on the platform is determined.
- You can compare yourself with other similar companies.
3. Help Center
What’s new?
- We’ve set up our new help center.
- You can access the help center via the button in the right lower corner on your dashboard.
Other than that, you’ll find:
- What’s new: were you are currently (Product Updates)
- Contact support: your quickest way to get in contact with us if you need help, something isn’t working as expected, or you find a mistake in your data.
- Give feedback: if you notice something missing in our app or encounter a bug, please let us know.

4. Single Sign-On
What is new?
With Single Sign-On (SSO), you can access multiple applications or services using a single set of login credentials.
You can now sign up directly using an account from:
- Microsoft
Alternatively, you can still create an account using your own email address.
How does it help you?
With the new SSO, we provide a seamless and effortless onboarding experience, ensuring you can create an account and access re:cap with ease.
