Both tracks run on the same platform. What differs is the amount, the data needed and the speed. The fast track confirms smaller facilities in about a week. The tailored track handles larger volumes and pays out from about three weeks.
Create your re:cap account, enter your use case and the amount you need, and securely connect your bank accounts and accounting data. For the tailored track, also connect your customer and invoice data and upload a business plan.
After a first review we schedule a meeting and build the financing plan together: how much capital you need, when it should be available, and what it will cost.
You receive a term sheet from the capital provider, which you can use for your internal decision-making. We are here to answer questions at any point.
Once the term sheet is signed, due diligence starts. The provider reviews your bank, accounting, revenue and customer data along with key business metrics. re:cap prepares and runs that process with you.
You request the drawdown in the re:cap platform. The first payout typically happens within two business days.
