When your referral turns into a customer and your referral gets a 1% point discount on their financing fee on their first draw.

Your referral is a good fit if it is:
A growing business
With a funding need
Trying to reach profitability, to grow, to postpone their next equity round, or to cover for large one-time expenses.
Also, your referral needs to fulfill the following criteria:
Based in DE or NL
A B2B company with recurring revenues
Generate more than €250k ARR
A decision maker (ideally founder, CEO, CFO)
If they draw funding, it needs to be at least €100k
Meet the defined milestones within the next 12 months (first time only)
The referral qualifies if they reach the sales qualified lead stage of our investment process and if they withdraw funding for the first time.
