Who we are

Every growing company runs into the same wall. What it can raise decides how fast it can grow, and nobody tells it what that number is: which facility fits, what it would cost, whether now is the moment. The capital providers on the other side are guessing too, from numbers that are months out of date.

We want to change that. That’s why we started to build re:cap. Our platform keeps a company’s numbers current and arranges the financing that fits them, so companies and capital providers decide from the same information.

We do this with a team of 30+ talented people who chip in their knowledge about tech and finances. Spread across Europe, we’re a team that isn't satisfied with the status quo. We want to push the boundaries of the financing world. We like to get things done. We don’t fear failure. And we got each other’s backs.
